**Responsibilities**
- Efficiently handle data input tasks using various software tools, including Excel.
- Conduct thorough comparisons of freight rates with different airlines and shipping routes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with the coordination of shipments, including preparing shipping documents, labeling cargo and tracking shipments
- Liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure the timely and competitive procurement of freight rates.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Assist in resolving any logistics-related issues or discrepancies
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as full training given.
