Madeira UK are currently seeking a **full-time Administrative Assistant** to work across a number of different departments in the business including the Customer Service team and Technical team.
This is an office based role in our Melmerby Offices, Ripon.
**MADEIRA **is the market leading embroidery thread specialist with subsidiaries and distribution centres worldwide. We provide customer satisfaction through product quality, colour selection, availability and service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills to join a small, supportive and friendly team within an ‘Award Winning Company for Sustainability’.
- **Essential Requirements**:_
Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlook)
Some previous office experience - call handling would be beneficial but not essential
An interest and curiosity in solving problems
Team player
Good communication skills
- **Desirable Requirements**:_
Prior use of operational software (sales/distribution)
Experience of admin, customer service, inputting orders, purchasing / stock control
**What we offer**
Salary £24,000 per year ( Salary will be dependent on experience)
Full time 37.5 hours a week
Mondays - Fridays -Role hours would be 9am - 5pm.
