Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:
Nearly New Cashmere Co is a reputable sustainable fashion retailer that is looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our digital sales and customer service department.
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and purpose-driven team, gain valuable experience in e-commerce and sustainable fashion, and grow with us as the company evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide top-notch service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Order Fulfilment: Manage daily order processing and dispatch with precision and efficiency.
- Returns Management: Handle customer returns and incoming post to ensure swift and accurate processing.
- Event Coordination: Plan, book, and prepare for events across the country, including packing and logistics.
- Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, maintain an organized stockroom, and ensure products are regularly restocked.
- Office Administration: Monitor and replenish office supplies, manage invoices and receipts, and liaise with shipping and service providers.
- Payroll Administration: Support timely and accurate payroll processing.
Requirements:
We seek a highly motivated individual with:
- A high standard of education.
- Advanced digital literacy, confident with Apple devices (iMacs, iPhones) and relevant applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A natural ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Reliable transport for daily on-site work.
- Strong ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.
Salary: £28,000 per year.
