The Client Care Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Client Care Specialist to join our team, providing personalized support and assistance to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social work).
- Minimum 1 year experience in a care-related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary ($32,000 - $42,000 per annum) and comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing training and support.
