We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supportive Care Partner to join our team at Home Instead. As a Supportive Care Partner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with our clients and their families. You will work as part of a close-knit team to provide person-centered care that enhances the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks for clients
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Engaging in conversations and activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and reporting any concerns or issues to management

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social work) or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
