Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a full time office-based Facilities Coordinator to help us maintain a secure and well-functioning work environment at our new A grade offices at Stockport Exchange.
**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Ensuring that in-house facilities are running smoothly and at a high standard across both floors at all times
- Maintenance and upkeep of meeting spaces
- Organising catering and providing ad hoc support for Board, Exec & Client meetings
- Liaising with the Compliance Team to ensure the office is compliant with health & safety regulations, including fire safety
- Establishing a good working relationship with the building management team and Reception
- Liaising with suppliers and accepting/checking of deliveries
- General ad hoc duties associated with the upkeep of the office space
**The Person**:
- Ideally experienced in working in a Facilities role
- A self-starter with the ability to multitask and be hands-on as the business requires
- A good written and verbal communicator, able to communicate confidently across all organisational levels
- A can-do attitude and professional manner
- An interest in health and safety
- Keen, willing to learn and develop
- Able to keep calm under pressure
