About the Role

As a Facilities Coordinator at Gleeson Recruitment Group, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Management team. Your role will involve maintaining our company risk system, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate records in the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
  2. Send letters to suppliers and tenants regarding requirements under contract/lease.
  3. Assist with property inspections locally and record actions.
  4. Provide regular reports to the line manager on all aspects of property performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Salary: £30,000 per annum.
