Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing office systems to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including reports and action logs
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including travel arrangements and training courses
  • Monitoring energy consumption and verifying invoices for payment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent/functional skills)
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Certificate in Management or extensive administrative experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.
