Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support our client's Facilities Management team in Stockport. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to enable the execution of the company's strategy and business plan.

The ideal candidate will have experience using CAFM systems, a strong understanding of facilities management and maintenance, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
As a Facilities Coordinator, your duties will include maintaining the company risk system, liaising with suppliers, and updating tenant notes in the CAFM system. You will also prepare and send Health and Safety bulletins to all FM teams, arrange training, and provide regular reports to the line manager.
