**Culture and Engagement Specialist**:
**Location**: London or Newbury (Blended working)
**Working hours**: Full time/part time

**Role Purpose**:
To support the development of an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive, that drives growth and customer centricity and enables delivery of our business strategy. Ensuring engagement of our people is informed by insights from employee listening tools. Creating strong advocacy of Vodafone UK as a great place to work.

**What will you be doing?**
- Supports implementation of engagement strategy for Vodafone UK in line with our culture framework.
- Leads the project management for culture and engagement projects - for example owning the plans for our employee listening surveys, external recognition and awards submissions, engagement event agendas and forward-looking engagement communications plans.
- Brings expertise in working with people and employee listening data, both quantitative and qualitative, supporting the Senior Culture & Engagement Manager to use insights from across our listening platforms to inform effective action, and to evaluate return on investment of culture interventions.
- Supports the development and evolution of our employee listening approach and brings to life initiatives to support employee engagement across Vodafone UK.
- Works collaboratively with stakeholders across teams to activate culture ambitions in areas such as reward, recruitment, manager development, diversity and inclusion and internal communications. Builds strong networks to improve engagement across Vodafone UK.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Degree in Social Sciences such as occupational psychology, applied psychology, organisational behaviour, or equivalent experience
- Experience in employee research methods and with employee listening tools & technology
- Strong experience in project management of employee engagement programmes to meet business needs.
- Skilled at working with numerical data, spotting patterns and trends and using this to inform action taking.
- Knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and behavioural development through people processes to support employee engagement.
- Effective written communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to activate culture. Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
