Enthusiastic Building Surveyors required to join an exceptional Architecture and Surveying team in Northern England, undertaking the full spectrum of Building Surveying and Architectural work on some of the most interesting buildings in stunning locations.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants to join a well-established successful and dynamic team who is looking for genuine job satisfaction and wants to enjoy their work ina culture of strong work/life balance.

Working across spectacular rural landscapes, towns and villages, from pre-acquisition surveys and defect diagnosis to conservation and project management, with the opportunity to develop new service lines and specialisms, such as conservation, sustainabilityand with excellent career opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Technical experience:
- Ideally MRICS- Building Surveying
- Proven skill sets for the core building surveying work areas of project management, design and contract administration, building regulations, CDM, building surveys, party wall and dilapidations.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Possesses vision and is able to develop complex strategies and solutions
- Excellent relationship builder to generate business
- Focussed: commits to challenging goals and delivers consistently against these
- Cost management: financial and commercial acumen with excellent planning, budgeting and operational reporting skills
- Continuous improvement: delivers efficiency in addition to effectiveness
