Quantity Surveying Specialist

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join Galliford Try's Highways Division as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working on high-profile infrastructure projects that shape the UK's future.
Estimated Annual Salary: £72,000 - £92,000
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of contracts, ensuring timely completion, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and motivate Quantity Surveying teams to deliver exceptional results, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
- Act as a commercial representative for Galliford Try, promoting the company's interests and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements and Specifications:
- Prior experience in managing contracts, frameworks, programmes, and tendered works schemes is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of commercial management principles, practices, and procedures is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology, including structured commercial management systems, to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Relevant qualifications in commercial or surveying fields, such as a Quantity Surveying degree or certification, are preferred.
