Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team. As a key member of our commercial administration team, you will work closely with your line manager to manage the commercial aspects of large-scale projects or multiple smaller schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage subcontract works packages, including interim assessments and change management.
• Produce and issue commercial notices to clients and subcontractors as required by contract.
• Oversee and manage changes in accordance with the form of contract, including Compensation Event Quotations.
• Prepare and submit monthly applications to clients, adhering to contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed 'Cost Plans', tracking expenditure and forecasting costs, including schedules of subcontractor liabilities and Oracle-based cost analyses.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Possesses a solid understanding of construction processes and relevant degree or experience in a commercial environment.
• Has strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Contractual and Cost Management Systems (CEMAR, Oracle).
• Holds CSCS certification and is familiar with standard forms of contract.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and project management skills.
