Building Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a high-profile Substation project.
Our client has a proven track record in delivering complex construction and civil engineering projects across the UK, prioritizing innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
Key Objectives- Lead cost management efforts for building and civil engineering projects.
- Guarantee timely completion of projects within budget.
- Offer expert financial and commercial advice to the project team.
- Maintain robust cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate potential commercial risks.
- Foster strong relationships with subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Substantial experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within construction or engineering industries.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, tender processes, and cost management techniques.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Relevant degree or professional certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Salary Range: £72,000 - £92,000 per annum
