**What you’ll be doing**
- Generating new business by identifying clients through networking and referrals.
- Delivering high quality financial planning advice to clients that come to SSA through our own marketing channels.
- Contacting existing clients as part of our internal campaigns, building on already strong relationships, and offering clients added value through holistic advice.
- Identifying client needs for IHT planning, retirement planning, protection and maximising these opportunities in both the clients’ and the businesses best interests.
- Delivering high quality, technical investment advice to new and existing clients.
- Servicing existing wealth clients within the business, providing reviews and reports.
- Identifying and advising on personal as well as business wealth needs.
- Working as part of the SSA team to ensure business opportunities are maximised across all our services.
- Create and maintain professional relationships with other services such as accountants and solicitors to attract new business and build mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Help to further develop the profile of the practice as the financial planning service of choice through social media, marketing campaigns and networking.
- Keeping abreast of legislative changes to the financial services industry and maintaining your CPD.
- Working within and towards Openwork’s and SSA’s quality and compliance measures.
**What you need**
- You will be level 4 diploma qualified with a desire to become chartered.
- Must have 2 years, post qualification, hands-on experience giving clients advice
- Great organisation skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients with their finances
- Fantastic communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport
- Ability to make complex financial matters clear and understandable
- You need to be honest and trustworthy
- Commercially astute
**Preferred skills and experience**
- A genuine interest in people and their lives
- Good telephone manner
- Confident holding meetings over teams and zoom
- Further experience in financial services
