**Salary**: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, DOE

Join a thriving team of people who carry out Ventilation Ductwork Cleaning and other air & water hygiene solutions in the Kent, London & South East areas.

**This will be a hybrid role and you will be required carry out work in the London & South East areas and attend the office in Folkestone once a week / fortnight for a meeting.**

Experience is required and must have knowledge of Fire Dampers and ventilation systems.

**Your responsibilities**:
The main part of your role will be to act as a representative of the company and to carry out service work detailed by your line manager/supervisor, adhering to client and company’s Health & Safety policy and quality procedures.

You will be working to undertake preventative maintenance servicing of ventilation systems and any additional duties related to the role as required.
- Inspection of fire dampers in accordance with BS9999
- Carrying out allocated service/remedial repair work
- Taking required before and after photos - training provided
- Ensuring service sheets and reports are completed and issued on time.
- Working at height and using safe access equipment - training provided
