**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate & oversee all warehouse office operations to secure efficiency & compliance to company policies
- Order allocation & stock management
- Create & Update Reports
- Regular checks within the warehouse to ensure all documentation is being completed as required
- Manage customer correspondence within a timely manner
- Monitor stocks of office/warehouse supplies & place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Good knowledge of MS Office (inc Excel,Outlook & Word)
- Previous experience using a warehouse management system would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
