**_The Opportunity_**
You are expected to manage tasks and projects with a data-driven and holistic approach.
The position is fully remote, however any team meetings or training will be arranged in advance to take place either at the London office or Newcastle upon-Tyne. This role reports into the Customer Service Manager.
**_Key Responsibilities_**:
- Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service is provided at all times.
- Carrying out all relevant administration of cards - for example, card cancellations, consumer and corporate refunds requests.
- Reviewing JSD Tickets and taking appropriate action and to comply within SLA
- Provide onboarding support to new Customers to ensure they are fully trained to comply with our processes and procedures.
- To represent the company, where appropriate, in strategic projects.
- To operate within all company policies and procedures at all times.
- To promote and operate within all Security and Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- To comply with all relevant legislation and regulation at all times.
- To contribute to office training initiatives where needed.
- To maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the company at all times.
- To assist in the continual review and improvement of the processes and procedures within the area.
- To undertake any clerical and administrative tasks required.
- Follow the policies and procedures in the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the information that Railsr manages.

- Skills & Experience_
- Have a previous experience in working in e-money and similar FI Fintech platforms.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A confident and articulate telephone manner with an ability to adapt interpersonal styles dependent upon the audience.
- Experience of providing outstanding customer service.
- Well organised and able to handle a large and varied workload.
- An aptitude for producing high volume, accurate work with impeccable attention to detail.
- A strong working knowledge of Google packages - Gmail, Google Docs and Sheets.
- A positive outlook with an ability to prove to be a committed, punctual and reliable member of the team
