Temporary Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis. As an essential member of the financial department, you will be responsible for managing the company's purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices. Your duties will include:
- Organising and processing of invoices
- Reconciliation of company credit/debit cards
- Resolving customer queries via email and phone
- Matching invoices with approved purchase orders
- Ad hoc accounts administrative tasks as and when required
Key Responsibilities
* To manage the company's purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices
* To reconcile company credit/debit cards and resolve any discrepancies
* To respond to customer queries via email and phone, providing prompt and professional support
* To match invoices with approved purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* To perform various ad hoc accounts administrative tasks as required by the business
