The Opportunity
Nigel Wright have a fantastic opportunity to join our client as they look to appoint a part-time Administrator.
Based within their Newcastle office across a maximum of 3 days per week, with flexible and hybrid working available too
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to play a key role in the organisation alongside excellent employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting Financial Controller and wider business with the following responsibilities
- Processing invoices, standing orders and credit card payments, posting accounting transactions and setting up bank transactions
- Maintaining and updating document management database
- Liaising with clients and dealing with correspondence
- Supporting the wider business with Admin tasks as required
Person Specification
- Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts
- Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office
- High level of organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and positive outlook
