- As the Patient Flow Co-Ordinator you will act as the point of contact for enquiries relating to patient pathways. You will support the patient experience and engagement activities and meet with patients to collate feedback.

You will provide support to the Patient Engagement Lead and assist in the preparation of the overall project plans and associated workstreams.

**About You**:
You will hold GCSE grades C/4 or above in both English and Maths with experience of working within an administrative role. You will also have excellent communication and problem solving skills.

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £24,900 per annum - depending on experience.
