Critical Care Outreach Practitioner

Co-ordinate and deliver care of a very high standard to the patients within the trust. The role will facilitate critical care to patients throughout the trust. The post holder will share acute and critical care expertise through assisting the multi-disciplinary team in patient assessment and clinical decision-making within the ward environment. The post holder will be an experienced critical care practitioner, continually developing a high level of knowledge in the Critical Care Outreach arena.
