**The post holder will**: Provide direct input to patients; contribute to multi-disciplinary teams and lead the co-ordination of care for patients within the Trust. Adopt an active role in the planning, development and delivery of the Diabetes and Endocrinology Services. Work with colleagues to provide a consultant-led service with the highest standard of care. Ensure there is a robust process for reviewing the quality of services provided and ensure the highest standards are maintained.
