The role holder will work closely with the Restructuring and Insolvency partners in London to lead and execute businessdevelopment efforts across the London and global R&I teams. You will be joining a market-leading restructuring firm, whose reputation has been built over decades by leading on many of the biggest, most complex and high-profile cross-border restructurings.The team has a wealth of experience advising stressed and distressed corporates, and their stakeholders, on credit solutions, corporate restructuring and insolvency options, helping boards of directors to steer corporates through troubled waters and advisingglobal investment funds, asset managers, banks, bondholders and other lenders on debt and corporate restructurings. The Business Development Manager will provide strategic direction on all marketing, business development and communications activities in theR&I team. The work will be challenging and engaging, giving you the opportunity to make your mark and progress your career. Contributing to continuous improvement in the firm’s approach to business development, you will be required to leverage technology toanalyse trends, anticipate and identify opportunities to develop existing clients and services, track key relationships and measure the success of initiatives. You will support the R&I pipeline process, working closely with the research team and fee earnersto track key pipeline opportunities, support conversations in the market and ensure a coordinated approach to business development conversations with key intermediaries and clients. Creating and managing compelling credentials, proposals and pitches to respondto fast turn-around bids, strategic panels and other opportunities to win work will be a key area of focus. On the marketing side, you will produce and manage content, campaigns and events and relevant directory and award submissions to increase engagementwith key clients and enhance the personal brands of leading practitioners and the firm’s global reputation. The successful applicant will also participate directly in networking and profile-raising activities and be tasked with the development of the team'sdigital profile.
