_**Therapeutic Programme Coordinator Required For Expanding Specialist North West Care Organisation**_

Positive Care Solutions exist to meet the needs of service users up to the age of 25 with mental health difficulties and neurodevelopmental difficulties within the community. Our specialist therapeutic intervention services assist those with conditions such as (but not limited to) Anxiety, PTSD, ASC, Depression and those that suffer with self-harm and suicidal ideation.

**Objectives of the Role**:
To assist the Operations Director with the smooth running of the therapeutic department and meet the therapeutic needs of the service user. To co-ordinate and manage sessions and schedules of clinical leads, therapists and mentors. To regularly review and implement the community therapeutic treatment programme.

To have close liaison with service users, care support staff, senior support staff, area managers, operations manager, mentors, social workers, care coordinators, YOT officers, IRO’s, health service providers, training & education providers, probation services and other external agencies.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of issues and presenting solution-based options to the Operations Director
- To support the care staff and service supervisors with guidance and motivation in creating a therapeutic environment for the service user
- To plan, implement and evaluate community treatment programmes within agreed timescales with therapists, clinical lead and mentors
- Group KPI reporting for the Therapeutic department
- To support the development of new systems via the portal
- To oversee the clinical lead’s role and responsibilities by directing and instruction on the needs of the service users in line with the treatment programme
- Effectively manage a joined up working approach within the therapeutic department
- To manage and oversee the therapist schedules and implementation of sessions to ensure they are meeting the needs of the service user and programme
- To make referrals to the mentoring service for new service users
- Ensure that mentoring sessions are taking place and liaise with the mentoring manager to meet the needs of the service user and programme
- To render therapeutic reports from the portal system on a weekly basis reporting to the operations director with updates and actions
- To co-ordinate and chair regular internal MDT meetings with mentors, clinical leads, therapists, senior staff and the operations team
- To represent the therapeutic progression and updates to external professionals and stakeholders in professional meetings by co-ordinating for therapists, clinical lead and mentors’ updates and feedback
- To assist the team by sourcing / signposting relevant education, training and activities and external agencies to the operations manager
- To actively support in CQC inspection preparation and be involved in the inspection process
- To support the training department with new innovative materials
- To attend professionals’ meetings, reporting back with actions and be responsible for signposting and monitoring of these actions within the therapeutic department
- To actively be involved in the referral process and onboarding of new service users by assessing the needs of the service user within a therapeutic capacity
- To develop continuous improvement strategies to the operations director in line with the growth and vision plans of the businesses
- Research, source, build and develop an effective therapist database with different specialisms
- To undertake any other related activities that are reasonable requests from time to time, as the business requires.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
