Creative Learning at Factory International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Coordinator to join our team. As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering in-school workshops as part of our year-round partnership programme for secondary schools across Greater Manchester.

You will work closely with partner schools to plan and deliver high-quality creative workshops, using your expertise in art forms such as film-making, poetry, photography, and visual art. Your ability to adapt and be flexible with session content will ensure that you can cater to the diverse needs of young people from various backgrounds.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver in-school workshops as part of the Factory International Schools programme
  • Collaborate with Guest Artists to research and plan sessions
  • Work with young people towards a final showcase at Factory International

**Requirements:**

  • Specialist in one or more art forms, e.g. film-making, poetry, photography, visual art, etc.
  • Able to deliver high-quality creative workshops in a school setting
  • Ability to support young people's social and emotional learning
  • Experience in supporting learners with challenging behaviours
  • Experienced in monitoring and evaluating programme success

**Estimated Salary:** £7,000 - £10,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
