Job Title: Programme Coordinator

About Us:

Beauty Bay is seeking a skilled Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of our business programmes. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

About You:

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for producing timely and accurate status reports, managing critical paths, and capturing and resolving potential risks and issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of business programmes by coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact programme delivery.
  • Produce timely and accurate status reports to keep senior teams informed about programme progress.
  • Manage critical paths to ensure programme milestones are met while achieving on-time delivery.
  • Capture and resolve potential risks and issues, escalating when necessary to provide a clear Go/No-Go decision point.
  • Review programmes to derive learnings and apply them to future ways of working.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • An excellent communicator who responds well to change and enjoys finding creative solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks and manage your own workload.
  • Commercially aware and keen to develop business and product knowledge.
  • Highly competent in using Excel to record, analyse, and share information.
  • Problem-solving ability and capacity to interpret data.
  • Flexible approach towards work and excellent time management skills.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
