Job Title: Childcare Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Early Years Educator to join our team at Storal Learning Ltd as a Childcare Programme Coordinator.

About the Role

In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to work with other Room Leads and management to ensure the successful running of the nursery. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children, supervising your team, and identifying areas for improvement in learning and teaching techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead by example and inspire others in their daily work
  • To deliver excellent childcare services to children aged [insert age range]
  • To supervise and support a team of early years educators
  • To identify areas for improvement in learning and teaching techniques
Requirements
  • A full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification within early years is required
  • Proven experience as an Early Years Educator and demonstrable leadership experience are also needed
  • Knowledge of the EYFS, excellent communication skills, and reflecting the values of Storal Learning Ltd are essential
Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualification. In addition, you will receive performance-related bonuses, 50% childcare discount, and access to retail and other discounts through Perkbox.
