Purchasing Coordinator

FINTEC recruit is searching for a**Purchasing Coordinator** for our technology client. This is a temporary contract with a duration of up to 3 months, with a high likelihood of permanency. Salary negotiable by experience. Must be availablefor immediate start.
**Responsibilities of the Purchasing Coordinator**:
- Raising and amending Purchase Orders using Sage.
- Booking and coordinating goods arrivals and despatch to multiple sites.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Input orders and purchase orders including production serial numbers.
- Completing documentation and completing customs requisition forms.
**Qualifications and Skills required for the Purchasing Coordinator role**:
- Experience of working in a similar accounts/purchasing or supply chain role.
- Experience of working with an ERP system or similar.
- Good IT skills.
- Good communication skills, fluent in English, written and spoken.
