We are looking for a Customer Support Administrator to support a busy Sales Team. You will be responsible for ensuring each Customer receives a seamless experience, whilst protecting the company's reputation and legislative obligations.

**Duties & Responsibilities for the Customer Support Administrator role**:

- Ensure Quality Assurance standards are met and paperwork / costings are accurate for each sale, highlighting any issues as they arise
- Issue customer documentation and tickets in a timely manner
- Mange any internal / external queries, escalating where necessary

**Experience / Skills required for the Customer Support Administrator role**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn & retain information
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise your workload
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Positive, motivated & enthusiastic attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
