Customer Support Administrator

The Customer Support team is the initial point of contact for all enquiries both from our Business Partners internal customers and end-user customers, assisting in all aspects of their purchasing requirements and managing the Direct Service provision.
The Customer Support Administrators are responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency and good customer service day to day handling of incoming customer queries and processing of sales, lease, and purchase orders and ensuring communication with other internal teams, customers and end users is effective and providing best customer experience.
- All internal administration of key customer support functions, comprising of:
- Order Processing o Service Control
- Installations
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Lease Desk
- Warranties Administration
- Administration of the Customer Support and Technical Services finance and stock control functions
- Document creation and management, utilising the internal document management system and online e-signature platform
- Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and synergy partners, such as warehouse and logistics suppliers
- Supporting the Customer Support Manager and Senior Management with additional duties relevant to your skills and experiences, as required by the business.
Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
