Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems.
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed.
