Job Overview:
The role is Business Support Executive and it is to manage the running of the Swindon office, office supplies, equipment maintenance, building agreements, IT set up and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain office procedures.
- Assisting senior management team when needed
- Manage any office equipment assets, maintenance and renewals.
- Ensure that office supplies, notebooks, stationary are ordered and managed.
- Liaise with the IT support when there are any network issues
- Order/prepare new IT equipment for new starters
- Collect returned IT equipment from leavers or current staff
- Manage the UK Asset List for the IT function.
- Manage reception and incoming calls
- Manage meeting room booking system
- Oversee external contracts/contractors for Venue and possibly other external venues

**Requirements**:

- Have Accuracy and attention to details
- Previous Office experience 1+ or more years’
- Enjoys working with people and solving issues.
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Strong communications skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment on multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-motivated and resilient - able to solve problems and perform under pressure
- Able to build relationships and communicate effectively
- Standard knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
- Some basic IT hardware knowledge or interested in learning.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
