Executive Assistant

My client is a leading corporate finance advisory firm, they have a role for a Executive Assistant to work in their stunning Mayfair offices.
To provide first class support to the Executive team and ensure that their days run as smoothly as possible.This will be achieved by delivering a proactive, pre-emptive and highly efficient level of assistance that will enable the Execs to focus on servicedelivery.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox management:
- Diary management of diary:
- Provide constant updates and ensure all meetings, events and personal trips are accurately and efficiently planned
- Proactive approach to upcoming events, or tasks with challenges made if you feel the Exec’s time could be better utilised elsewhere
- Appointments / Meetings are booked at convenient times and the appropriate notice and requirements are given to the Exec with plenty of notice
- Business and private travel and accommodation arrangements are made to meet specific requirements, within budget and using preferred suppliers where appropriate
- Specific administration assistance is given when required
- Provide assistance at external meetings and company event as required
- Minute taking at meetings
- Be an ambassador of the Company
**Personal/General Responsibilities:
- Follow authorisation procedures at all times
- Support other staff members as and when required
- Present a professional image at all times, both in the office and to Clients
- Maintain an optimistic and positive demeanor and motivate other members of the team even during difficult times
- Be willing to work in excess of usual working hours when the balance of the Company’s work or allocated responsibilities requires this
- Be prepared to travel throughout the UK and work outside normal office hours
**Essential criteria for role**:
- EA/PAexperience at a senior level
- At least intermediate level MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to think on your feet
- Be an excellent problem solver
- Work pro-actively and on your own initiative
- Ability to take ownership of tasks
- Rapport build and be able to forge strong business relationships
