Senior Administrator, Investment Operations (Jersey)

**What is the Opportunity?**

The Securities Operations department provides custody and settlement services for clients of RBC in the British Isles.

You will be part of the Investments Operations team responsible for completing operations processes for clients of RBC Wealth Management’s Investments business in the British Isles. You will be involved with account opening, updates and closure processes, inputting and approving cash payments, transfers and FX and completing control reports and reconciliation reviews.

**What will you do?**
- Input and approve external payments
- Review and approve payments, transfers and FX instructions initiated by front office
- Complete Account opening workbooks and processes
- Process account closures and monitor activities through to completion
- Review and ensure resolution for Investment client queries
- Complete control reports
- Submit client static data changes to client data team
- Investigate and update cash reconciliation reports
