This is an exciting time to join the Institute of Life Course and Medical Sciences (ILCaMS) growing Management Services team, who provide administrative support to various human resources related processes within the Institute. The postholder will provide administrative support for the management of HR-related data, recruitment processes and contract management primarily within the School of Medicine.

As the School of Medicine has a relatively complex staff structure, it is important that records and data are maintained accurately, in order to have essential management information available for resource planning and management. Management services administration duties are closely aligned to various HR functions, including: recruitment, management of staff contracts (casual, fixed term, permanent) and management of HR-related data.

This is an exciting and varied role within the Institute and School of Medicine. We are seeking a confident, meticulously organised and enthusiastic individual, with proven administration experience, who can take on the challenge of a busy role, often with competing priorities and fast paced change. The role will involve interactions with staff inside and external to the University and you will be expected to establish yourself as the primary, recognised point of contact for your service area to users, including staff and other key stakeholders.

The post is full time and permanent. Note that although the role is hybrid, the postholder would be expected to work from campus in order to support scheduled on campus sessions for the Associate Clinical Teacher Programme and any other campus based activities, as directed by the Management Services Manager.
