Service Administrator

Our team in Liverpool are seeking an experienced Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. Do you pride yourself on great organisation skills, with an eye for detail and a methodical ‘can do’ attitude? If yes, then we would love to hear from you.
As part of this role, you will:
- Proactively support the smooth running of the administrative functions within the service
- Be responsible for welcoming clients to our service
- Maintain and create record-keeping systems as required
- Be responsible for the receipt and processing of all referrals, screening, triage and comprehensive assessments, to input NDTMS/demographic and personal details using computerised systems
- Support the service to meet local health and safety requirements
- Generate prescriptions in preparation for signing by relevant clinicians
- Support the management team in maintaining high levels of data quality and information management
- Support the wider team with commitments, to include organising diaries, allocating, arranging, cancelling and rebooking meetings and events
- Be responsible for taking, transcribing and distributing formal minutes for meetings

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- A successful track record of providing an efficient and reliable administrative support
- Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Organised; excellent planning and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing/conflicting demands, under own initiative and managing own workload
- Good analytical skills, eye for detail, methodical with ‘can do’ approach
- Resilient; ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to collate date, to use and manage databases (e.g. Excel, Halo)
- Minute taking skills
- Knowledge and understanding of work based Health and Safety issues
