Looking for a career and not just a job? We are recruiting for a Park Warden team to join our fabulous resort in **Argyll**.

Suitable for a **couple or 2 friends **you will undertake appropriate duties and tasks to assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the park ensuring that excellent standards and customers service is delivered to all customers.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the general upkeep of all holiday park facilities.
- Reception and shop duties.
- Cash handling.
- Providing excellent levels of customer service at all times.
- Reporting and repairing maintenance jobs where necessary.
- Dealing with customer queries and taking bookings for tourers and lodges.
- Upselling at every opportunity.
- Undertake maintenance duties as required.
- Undertake external duties, including hedge cutting, grass strimming, litter picking, and bin emptying.
- Perform housekeeping duties ensuring that the hire fleet is ready for guests adhering to timescale.
- Cleaning, checking and maintaining hot tubs
- Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and additional requirements for hire fleet.
- Maintain and clean reception and facilities to a high standard.
- To support and train new and existing team members.
- On call duties as required 2-3 nights per week.

**Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the holiday park industry (desired).
- Previous experience in customer service (essential).
- A general understanding of either plumbing, joinery or electrics (desired).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

A valid driving license and due to the remote location a car is essential
