Our INNOFLATE Team Members are fundamental to our success and sustainability and are often the first and last impression of our business. It is vital they provide a safe, clean, fun, friendly, and structured environment for all customers. The INNOFLATE Host will be responsible for the park they are stationed at, running all equipment and leading customers in safety the protocols. The Hosts need to be professional, great communicators, organised, safe, able to manage busy situations and, and above all, of course, create a fun INNOFLATE experience for the customer.

As an INNOFLATE Team Member you will require to undertake various tasks depending on the neds of the business. These will include; Reception duties, Café / Canteen servery, Park Marshalls, Private & Corporate Hosts and Health & Safety Advisors.

We understand and respect that Social Media (Facebook, Twitter etc) plays a part in everyone’s day to day activity however, we ask as an employee you are sensitive to what you post and nothing is posted that can be deemed as disrespectful to yourself, colleagues or management team.

Team Members Responsibilities:
Greet customers approaching the attractions, and be ready to assist in any way

Know and understand the daily rota and schedules for the different attractions

Explain all the needed rules and policies for each attraction

Adhere to strict safety rules for customers using the equipment

Responsible for setting up, cleaning up, and maintaining the park. These tasks may include deep cleaning, testing, and fixing equipment used at each station.

Walk/talk customers through the process of purchasing points for the attraction and help direct them to the correct places to purchase

Ensure each visitor is following rule and policies during the game, time of play, or spectating

Provide an exceptional experience for all customers including walk-ins, party bookings, theme bookings and event groups.

Keep park area clean and to the standard of INNOFLATE Scotland Park protocols

Complete opening and closing duties required of the Park

Performs your post in a friendly, courteous manner at all times

Performs other related duties as assigned by the Duty Manager or General Manager

Team Members attributes:
Good, positive attitude and customer care is essential

Willingness to learn, become an Integral team player and be hard working

Prior customer service experience preferred, although full training will be provided.

Must be able to communicate clearly (verbally and face to face) with customers, colleagues, management & visitors

Be able to be flexible with your time with regards to ‘business needs’ and ‘pressures of park.

Must be able to work weekend days as well as weekdays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 - 30 per week

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
