**What's involved with this role**:
**Interim Programme Office Support - Project Officer -Hybrid Working -**
**JOB INFO**: A Programme Office Support/ Project Officer is needed on a contract basis with Experience of RAIDO - risk and dependency management and previous experience of Schedule and planning management. The role is hybrid and whilst the majority of work can be undertaken remotely, weekly attendance on site in Bristol will also be required. Existing security clearance is not a prerequisite but will always help
**What you’ll do**:

- Support RAIDO Management
- Support IMAGE sub-programmes and delivery teams by providing SME advice across the programme
- Support in identifying new risks, managing risks and improving risks.
- Evaluating risk quality and inputting risks into ARM (where required).
- Identification of dependencies (in/out) and support to upload them to the appropriate tool.
- Enable the smooth running of the project by supporting Project Managers through the operation of project management processes.
- Co-ordinate business management actions and activities on their behalf.
- Ensure systems are in place to enable effective planning and scheduling.
- Manage project controls, reporting on the project status.
- Ensure organisational tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Govern compliance of the project, taking a specific lead on Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependency management and assurance reporting.
- Manage workforce planning, providing information for effective decision making.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Monitor project spend and contribute to the compilation of budgets.
- Lead potential risk areas, working with the Risk Manager and escalating as appropriate.

**Who you are**:

- Experience of RAIDO - risk and dependency management
- Schedule and planning management experience
