Business Support Officer

The post holder will provide efficient, effective and flexible support to the regional team. The role will lead on day to day running of the region's quality assurance processes, drafting correspondence on behalf of the Regional Director and engaging theinspector workforce as required.

**Profile**
- Develop and maintain effective workflow management and monitoring of serious incidents, waiver requests, correspondence, quality assurance, complaints and other regional work, ensuring work systems, logs and databases, which support effective provisionof management information, are maintained.
- Provide IT support
- Drafting and coordinating communications
- Support the regional business manager
- Liasising with other teams
- Ensuring projects and tasks are delivered to agreed timescales
**Job Offer**
- Start date 30th of January - until 31st August 2023
- Hybrid working offered - at least 60% in the office
- Require a standard criminal record check (DBS)
