The Infrastructure division of Atkins Realis have an opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our teams working in our offices in Bristol. As a Business Support Administrator, you will work collaboratively as part of a business support practice team and be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to the regional Infrastructure teams. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office (2-3 days per week) and home working.

The role will report into a Business Support Manager and will involve opportunities for collaboration regionally and also across the national business support structure.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Working as part of a regional admin pool picking up tasks from a shared inbox including**:

- ** Booking travel and accommodation including rail / flights / cars / visas etc.**:

- ** Support regional staff with meeting arrangements (booking rooms, catering and preparing/circulating document packs)**:

- ** Booking of external venues and handling logistics including liaising across other UK businesses and with external suppliers**:

- ** Support to Business Support Managers and other Administrators when required (including annual leave cover)**:

- ** Support to line managers with the onboarding of new starters**:

- ** Help coordinate, compile and format reports and other documents as required**:

- ** Reporting of IT or FM issues**:

- ** Ad-hoc administrative duties and support to local regional teams as required**:

- ** Ordering office stationery if required**:
**Requirements**:

- ** Experience of providing a high quality and efficient administration service**:

- ** Team player with ability to work autonomously**:

- ** Ability to communicate at all levels with a positive, pro-active approach**:

- ** Experience of working under pressure and meeting deadlines**:

- ** Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (in particular Word, but also Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)**:

- ** Experience of working as part of an Administration Team structure with a shared inbox could be advantageous**:
