Responsibilitiesinclude
Communicating withcustomers
- Answeringincoming telephone calls in a timely, politemanner
- Advisingcustomers of our range of services that best match theirneeds
- Makingoutbound calls to customers for feedback at the end of aproject
- Promptlyresponding toenquiries received by email and throughCheck-a-trade
- Keepthe customer informedabout the statusof theirjob
Schedulingjobs
- Accuratelylogging all new enquiries and service requests in the companysystems
- Scheduling newjobs immediately in a suitable time slot for theengineers
- Preparingand managing the weeklyengineeringschedule
- Building agood rapport with the engineers in thefield.
BusinessAdministration
- KPI- Data entry

Professionalism
- Workingclosely with the engineers and the officeteam.
- Have a strongunderstanding of the services we offer and a good generalknowledge
- Speakingto customers in a friendly and informativeway
- Reporting to theOperations Manager, Sales Manager andDirectors
- Escalatefeedback from any unsatisfied customers to the OperationsManager
- Attendingregular performancemeetings
Experienceand QualificationsRequired:
- 5years ofAdministrationand Customer Service experience(required)
- Experienceworking in a fast-pacedenvironment
- OfficeManagement / Lead(Ideal)
- Schedulingexperience in a similarrole
- Expert usingMicrosoft Office applications such as Word andExcel
- Fluent inEnglish
