Responsibilitiesinclude

Communicating withcustomers

  • Answeringincoming telephone calls in a timely, politemanner
  • Advisingcustomers of our range of services that best match theirneeds
  • Makingoutbound calls to customers for feedback at the end of aproject
  • Promptlyresponding toenquiries received by email and throughCheck-a-trade
  • Keepthe customer informedabout the statusof theirjob

Schedulingjobs

  • Accuratelylogging all new enquiries and service requests in the companysystems
  • Scheduling newjobs immediately in a suitable time slot for theengineers
  • Preparingand managing the weeklyengineeringschedule
  • Building agood rapport with the engineers in thefield.

BusinessAdministration

  • KPI- Data entry
  • Fileorganisation
  • Formfilling

Professionalism

  • Workingclosely with the engineers and the officeteam.
  • Have a strongunderstanding of the services we offer and a good generalknowledge
  • Speakingto customers in a friendly and informativeway
  • Reporting to theOperations Manager, Sales Manager andDirectors
  • Escalatefeedback from any unsatisfied customers to the OperationsManager
  • Attendingregular performancemeetings

Experienceand QualificationsRequired:

  • 5years ofAdministrationand Customer Service experience(required)
  • Experienceworking in a fast-pacedenvironment
  • OfficeManagement / Lead(Ideal)
  • Schedulingexperience in a similarrole
  • Expert usingMicrosoft Office applications such as Word andExcel
  • Fluent inEnglish
