We have a great opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our mutual insurance company. National Friendly has a proud history of supporting people through life’s uncertainties for over 150 years, through providing a range of insurance products from Private Medical Insurance to Income Protection.

You will be sitting within our Customer Service and New Business team providing administrative support to our Business Support team, our Business Development Managers and Intermediaries and our key account relationships.

We are looking for someone who is able to provide great customer service, has excellent communication skills, can build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and can maintain accurate data entry, all whilst managing your time so that key deadlines and service level agreements are met. We also offer hybrid working, with roughly 2 days per week spend in the office and the option to work from home for the remaining time.
