**Role Summary**:
Provides administrative support in contract development and document management tasks for the Commercial Management Team. Coordinates contract activities, while assisting in the preparation of proposals, bid reviews and contract development.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation of budget and formal quotation proposals, including co-ordination of engineering, cost and pricing data from relevant departments. Ensure compliance with all internal approval processes prior to release of bids to customer.
- Loading of cost / sales budgets and payment milestones for ‘won’ work into company ERP system.
- Perform a variety of administrative support functions and perform administrate services to support the commercial function as required such as preparing DLA pareto reporting, bank guarantee requests / returns, Purchase Order acceptance, etc.
- Administering customer requests for quotations, order receipts etc. through the dedicated Salesforce CRM tool.

1-3 Years of experience within an administrative role preferably in a manufacturing industry or Commercial contract department

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities List**
- Database/manufacturing operating systems experience (such as ERP or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high levels of accuracy
- Good written communication and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment

- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Ability to work independently and prioritise duties with mínimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
