- Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and important deadlines ensuring to upkeep an organised workload.
- Oversee the collection, delivery, and scanning of incoming and outgoing mail to streamline communication and document management processes.
- Maintain and update case management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records to facilitate smooth case progression and client service.
- Draft letters and documents with attention to detail and accuracy, reflecting the professionalism and standards of the firm.
- Uphold trusting relationships between colleagues, clients, and customers to facilitate collaboration, and enhance the firm's reputation.
- Ensure timely and clear communication with clients regarding case progress, updates, and costs to maintain transparency and client satisfaction.
- Proficiently use software applications such as Osprey, Word, and Excel, and managing these effectively.

- Previous administrative/receptionist experience.
- Proficient using various systems including Microsoft office, with accuracy.
