Overview:
We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our team and be responsible for ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service from reservation through to check out.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner upon their arrival
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handling guest enquiries and providing accurate information about hotel facilities and services
- Managing reservations and ensuring all bookings are accurate
- Assisting guests with luggage and directing them to their rooms
- Resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally

**Skills**:

- Previous experience preferred in a hotel reception or similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
