**Logistics Support Administrator - Normanton**

**Shift Patterns**
- 5 day rotating rota, over 7 days per week including weekends and bank holidays
- The start and finish times vary between 7AM - 6PM
- 30 min lunch
- 40hrs per week

**Salary**

£24,000 per year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To consolidate all sites daily performance
- Collation and escalation of non-adherences and reporting progress
- Delivery progression and validation
- Failed delivery investigation and reporting
- Late delivery investigation and reporting
- Investigating delivery issues from customers and issuing credits where required
- POD management
- Claims prevention through accurate charges and invoicing
- Investigating Customer returns and uplifting stock
- Reporting clear target areas for improvement to relevant sites and monitor progress
- To supply daily reports to the Business
- To report on stock availabilities by sites daily including shorts and reason
- Download weekly KPI reports
- Isotrac data consolidation and trending
- Reporting top focus areas with reasons in site reviews
- Central Liaison with CSC on daily performance / adherences
- Waste reporting including Tipping - mass balances - Loads for disposal
- DOT & Turn Round Time adherence at customer delivery points
- Investigating public contact in relation to driver performance
- Ensuring weekly invoicing is completed for all sites

**Key skills & experience**
- Experience in FMCG Logistics operational environment
- Experience with working with outbound deliveries and issues reported
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong investigation skills and seeking a resolution
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Stock and systems background
- Excel and data collation experience
- Generating information led, effective reports and analysis
- Working to KPI Targets
- Organised and detail orientated
- Highly motivated
- Pragmatic approach
- High level of objectivity and integrity
- Tenacity and ability to influence
- Curious mindset and a will to improve for the wider business, not functions
- Ability to produce relevant and meaningful information from multiple sources
- The role does require some travel to other UK sites so a driving license is required but not essential
