Office Administrative Assistant

Family run business manufacturing archiectural metalwork for our clients.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing support to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Raising data cards, workshop folders, keeping job book up to date
- Managing timesheets,
- Assist with Sage data entry, POD's, raising invoices
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
- Sending parcels and giving quotes to clients
- Stock take
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
