Office Administration Assistant

Quattro Resourcing have openings for an Office Administrator on an immediate basis for a full-time role based in Haverhill, Suffolk.
**Position**: Office Administrator
**Location**: Haverhill, Suffolk
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday. 0900 to 1730hrs.
**Weekends, Bank Holidays & Overtime**: Weekends & Bank Holidays not required.
**Salary**: Starting at £11.50 per hour
**Daily duties**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing and data entry.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Enter data into spreadsheets and maintain databases
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in computerised systems
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is essential
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Self-motivated
- Willingness to learn & progress
**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
